The By the Bay team is here for you to ensure our footwear provides you with the best fit possible. If, for any reason, your shoes aren’t the perfect fit, please get in touch! 

If your purchase something on our website or from the clinic that isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a credit note or full refund for most footwear, provided they are in an as new and unworn condition. 

We have a 30 day free returns policy. 

No returns on sale items.
